Is my data sent to the cloud?

No. All Opta apps process data locally on your device. We don't have servers that store your personal data. If you enable iCloud sync, that goes through Apple's infrastructure - never through us.

What are the system requirements?

Opta MacOS: macOS 13 (Ventura) or later, Apple Silicon or Intel processor
Opta Scan: iOS 16 or later
Opta LM: iOS 17 or later

How do I export my data?

Each app has an export option in Settings. You can export your data in standard formats (JSON, PDF, etc.) that work with other apps and services.

Do you offer refunds?

Purchases through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page within 14 days of purchase.

Can I use Opta MacOS on multiple Macs?

Yes! A single purchase covers all Macs signed into your Apple ID. No subscription, no device limits.
